6 WEEK POSTURE IMPROVEMENT TRIAL

  • - 4 simple (desk do-able) exercises that target problem areas for office workers and their posture with minimal tools (a resistance band would be helpful) over a 6 week period.

    - Exercises will be shared at the start of the trial

  • - Log when you complete an exercise(s) via a form/spreadsheet to help me gather stats.

    - Complete the exercises on your own time, when you want/can. The more you do, the more you will get out of it.

  • - Take a before/after photo (side and front views) and complete a short quiz relating to mood/movement/pain.

    - We revisit this at the end and see our results.
